Your journal is your witness. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It's there to bear witness to the good, to the bad and everything in between.  Journaling is a meditation and has become an intrical part of my self care. It feeds my soul like a spiritual practice. Journaling is not just a way to record and remember. It's a way to process (And it will literally change your brain chemistry!).

In this ongoing class we will explore different ways to journal (It's not just limited to "Dear Diary") and how to use this as a regular practice in your self care routine. This beginning of the year series we will focus on setting intentions for 2018 and setting yourself up for success.

Dates: Pick one or many. We will switch up exercises in each class!

Saturday 9-10am , January 27, February 3, February 17

Wednesday 6-7pm, February 7 and February 21

Your first class includes a journal
