Your journal is your witness. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It's there to bear witness, to the good, to the bad and everything in between. Journaling is a meditation and has become a integral part of my self care. It feeds my soul like a spiritual practice. Journaling is not just away to record and remember. It is a way to process (and it will literally change your brain chemistry!).

In this ongoing class we will explore different ways to journal (it's not just limited to "Dear Diary") and how to use this as a regular practice in your self-care routine.

Dates: Pick one or many! We will switch up exercises in each class.
